Hello fellow entrepreneur,
True Business Design [TBD] was born out of a simple idea: helping innovators implement the right strategies to grow their business.
Having spent the formative years of our careers working with global marketing giants, we decided it was time to use what we learnt to build something of our own. Our first venture in Southeast Asia taught us just how challenging it can be to find the right technology, the right people, and scale—all at the same time.
If you’ve chosen to take the leap into entrepreneurship, start a small business, or simply go solo, let us tell you upfront—it’s not easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it.
But, there is hope after all.
Besides the initial funds, this is what anyone who wants to build anything needs-

Sudhansh Jadon
Co-founder, Business Architect
Entrepreneur, Marketeer, and Tech geek with 15 years of experience working in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India.
A techie at heart, his passion lies within building innovative brands and products. He believes that while innovation is at the core of any product or business, it is almost impossible to achieve desired heights without equally effective marketing and distribution.
His foray into entrepreneurship started with launching Marketplace X in Malaysia during the peak of Covid, which helped offline brands with need to go online. After that he launched his own Digital Consulgency (Consulting Agency) in South East Asia, which specialized in helping brands to achieve their UN Sustainable Development Goals through cause marketing.
While managing multiple start-ups, he realized that product, marketing, sales, and growth cannot work in silos. This led to the beginning of True Business Design.
Akanksha Madiraju
Co-founder, Growth Specialist
Marketing Strategist with 13 years of experience driving growth & transformation for clients in APAC markets. Expertise in digital planning, performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and data-driven innovation.
Akanksha has led talented, diverse teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
Her recent achievements include launching a unified performance product that boosted brand recall at a lower cost, developing predictive eCommerce models post-COVID-19 to help brands anticipate consumer behavior in Asia, and contributing to Publicis SEA’s recognition as Campaign Asia’s eCommerce Agency of the Year in 2023.
Now, at True Business Design, Akanksha partners with entrepreneurs, using smart marketing strategies to help them stand out and succeed.
